Welcome to the third international online conference for anyone interested in LPM. This is a meeting for lawyers, tax advisors, compliance officers, legal project managers, procurement specialists and many more!

Through panel discussions with experts and guest speakers, accompanied by TED-style presentations, we aim to create a dynamic environment for exchanging know-how and practical tips, acquiring useful skills in legal projects, innovation and technology.

What to expect


This year we will focus on the dynamics of legal teams, the challenges faced by LPM users and the change and transformation of legal teams. We will also discuss new developments in LPM legal technology.
 
  • Attendees will acquire knowledge about practical application of legal project management tools.
  • We will put special focus on change management and transformation in legal teams and operations.
  • We will discuss the importance of contract lifecycle management, automation and efficiency optimization.
  • We have also invited exceptional speakers to share their insights on innovation and transformation in the legal profession. ​
 

All our speakers are practitioners with a vast amount of knowledge and experience in legal business, technology and project management. Together, we provide a forum for participants to exchange knowledge and opinions to develop skills and share information.

Each year more and more participants join us. We are very excited to have so many LPM enthusiasts with us on this journey! Last year we had over 330 attendees from almost 50 countries and we hope to repeat that number this time around.

Founder and CEO of the award-winning social enterprise, Legal Design Turkey, and director of Bilgi Legal Design Lab at Istanbul Bilgi University. Acting as European Legal Technology Association’s Ambassador for Turkey and as one of the Law Circle Leads at Turkish Women International Network. In 2022 she became one of the 5 honorees as part of Influential Women in Legal Tech initiative by International Legal Technology Association. She is also awarded as one of the Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise by EU funded Euclid Network and Study UK Alumni Awards Winner in Business and Innovation category by British Council in 2022.

Keith has been building and leading legal services pricing/legal project management/profitability functions since 2009. He is currently Director of Pricing and Legal Project Management at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, where he is responsible for building and scaling the firm’s formal pricing and legal project management functions. Prior to Katten, Keith served as Senior Director of Client Value for Perkins Coie LLP. He began his career in strategic pricing at DLA Piper LLP, where he built the firm’s strategic pricing, profitability and legal project management functions as the firm’s first Head of Strategic Pricing. Keith is also a Board Member and Officer of Legal Value Network, a legal operations, pricing/project management and process improvement industry group focused on evolving the legal service delivery model. 
Aleksandra Dziemaszkiewicz-Kwiecińska

Aleksandra has more than 15 years' experience providing legal and tax advice gained in Poland, the United Kingdom and Germany, including at the Big Four and multinational corporations, and also as an in-house lawyer. She has advised on corporate law, commercial agreements, competition law, employment law, civil law, and assessed the legal and tax consequences of domestic and international ownership structures. She has practical experience in managing complex legal projects on a global scale. Aleksandra has authored publications at C.H. Natalia specializes in providing legal and business services to entities from the modern technology industry. Software development, open source and IT-contracts belong to her special interests. While working with many top IT and Development Companies in Poland, she manages legal projects (agile project management) and coordinates the work of a team of lawyers. Expert in providing legal advice in contracts, litigation and arbitration, both national and international, to IT- and IP-related matters and Data Protection. 10 years of legal experience in corporate law, including establishment, merging, incorporation of high tech companies. Pablo is an Ecuadorian leader expert in personal data protection, fintech law and blockchain/crypto regulatory matters. He is also a pioneer on legal design and author in the first legal design book in Spanish. Pablo is an Associate in Dentons (the world largest law firm) were he also co directs the development and operation of the Personal Data Protection and Cybersecurity practice.
